No Fun to be Stressed, Says All-India Topper

Amidst the host of many anxious aspirants at the Delhi University, Sarthak Aggarwal, the All India CBSE topper is at peace with himself. The 18 year old achiever with an astonishing 99.6% score in the CBSE exams is advising others not to worry about the irrational cut-offs. The young guy, who became the source of hilarious internet memes, has taken all the fun poked at him on the social media in good humour.

“I have seen the stuff that went viral making me an online celebrity. It’s all in good humour. I also had a good laugh at some of them. People are very creative and as long as these jokes don’t hurt anybody’s feelings, I am all game for them!” said Sarthak. He’s all geared up to pursue Economic Honours from SRCC.

Sarthak’s father Sushil Chandra, a software consultant by profession, said he understood the anxieties of other students and parents during the admission time, and advised them not to be disheartened. “There’s no point in taking stress and in my viewpoint, both students and parents should not get discouraged. The best part was that Sarthak was never stressed at any point.”

His take on not missing out on the good things in life due to academics, “I took out some time for sports even while preparing for the CBSE exams. Cricket and table tennis are two of my favourite sports.”
