5 Ways Understanding the JEE Advanced Exam Pattern Can Help You Succeed

#1 Understanding the exam pattern will help you understand how many questions will be of multiple choice with a single correct answer, multiple choice with more than one correct answer and numerical type questions. This way you can focus more on the type which has the highest number of questions.

#2 You will know which questions will be including negative marking and how many marks can be deducted if your answer is wrong. Generally, it is seen that numerical-type questions (single digit questions) do not have any negative marking, so you can attempt these questions without fear of losing marks.

#3 You can find out whether there will be partial marking in the exam or not. So in case of multiple choice questions with more than one correct answer, you can attempt to give more than one answer.

#4 You will have more knowledge about the duration of the exam and the number of questions, so you can decide how much time is needed to answer each question. You can work on your speed and problem-solving skills to answer questions quickly and correctly.

#5 Last, but not least, understanding the JEE Advanced 2022-2023 exam pattern will help you overcome the fear of examination. You will appear in the examination more confidently as you already know how many sections will be there, how many questions will be asked, what type of questions will be asked and how to approach each type of question.
