Why do you need an admit card?

Your admit card is your admission ticket to JEE Advanced 2019 exam. Without it, you will not be allowed to sit for the exam at the examination centre.

At the examination hall, you will have to present your printed copy of the Admit Card to the invigilators.

Invigilators will match the details on the admit card with the verification record of the exam centre. If the details do not match or identity of a candidate is in doubt, the student may not be allowed to write the exam. Even if invigilators do permit candidate to appear for the exam at their discretion, they will have to complete certain formalities.

Candidate will not be allowed extra time for completion of these formalities.

If a candidate is found to be impersonating another individual, he or she will be disqualified in the exam.

Once the candidate produces the print-out of the correct admit card in the examination hall, he or she will receive the original Admit Card, which needs to be kept safe and produced during counselling process, seat allocation and admission process at the allotted engineering college.
