DA-IICT: The Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology

With its base at Gandhinagar in Gujarat, the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT) indicates the shift of focus onto higher education in the state. Established in 2001, it was named after the late founder of the prestigious Reliance Group. DA-IICT gained the status of a private University in 2003 under the State Act of Gujarat and in the very next year, it was included in the list of UGC universities. Unaffiliated to any government organization, the university stands independent in terms of financial aid and assistance.

Benefits of Studying at DA-IICT

DA-IICT has special provisions to facilitate International Students and NRIs to join the institution, paving way for international exposure to all students and building skills that help them to succeed at a global level. The gender-sensitive environment with a special Women Cell rules out any possibility of gender bias or sexual harassment in the campus. The green campus is beautifully landscaped with adequate attention to promote sustainable environment awareness in the students.
