UPESEAT 2018 Important Dates

The University of Petroleum & Energy Studies shall be declaring the UPESEAT 2018 exam date, here are the tentative dates for UPESEAT 2018.

University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Aptitude Test 2018 Eligibility Test 2018

Admissions through UPESEAT 2018 (Seats reserved: 80% seats)

Candidates must clear the 10+2 or equivalent qualifying exam from a recognized board with a minimum score of 60% marks.
Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks in the compulsory subjects Chemistry, Mathematics and Physic.

Admission through JEE/Board Merit (Seats Reserved: 20% Seats)

Through JEE Main 2018

Candidates must have cleared the 10+2 or equivalent qualifying exam from a recognized board with a minimum score of 60% marks in the compulsory subjects Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics
Candidates must have cleared the JEE Main 2018 with a rank within two lakhs
A minimum score of 113 is compulsory for the candidates taking admissions through JEE Main scores

Through Board Merit:

Candidates must have cleared the 10+2 or equivalent qualifying exam from a recognized board with a minimum score of 80% marks.
Candidates must have scored at least 80% marks in the compulsory subjects Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.

UPESEAT 2018 Application Form

Candidates can fill the UPESEAT 2018 Application Form online by visiting the official Website www.upes.ac.in and are required to pay the application fees using internet banking or Debit/credit card
Candidates can also fill the UPESEAT 2018 Application Form offline by purchasing the application forms from the designated admissions centers, list mentioned above.

UPESEAT 2018 Application Fees

Candidates are required to pay the UPESEAT 2018 Application fees of Rs.1750 in cash for the Offline mode and Rs.1850 for online modes. Candidates can also pay the Application fees in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of "UPES Fee Account", payable at New Delhi / Dehradun along with a request letter.

UPESEAT 2018 Admit Card

On the basis of the information provided by the candidates on the application forms the admit cards shall be issued for the eligible candidates on the official website of UPESEAT www.upes.ac.in from 25^th April 2018. Candidates are required to download the admit cards from he website only, and no admit card shall be sent via post or any other medium.

UPESEAT 2018 Syllabus and Paper Pattern

The UPESEAT 2018 shall have a total of 200 questions of objective type with multiple choices:

Section I: Mathematics- 50 Questions
Section II: Physics- 50 Questions
Section III: Chemistry- 50 Questions
Section IV: English Language Comprehension- 30 Questions
Section V: Current Affairs Awareness- 20 Questions

Syllabus for UPESEAT 2018

Candidates are required to prepare from these constituent subjects; Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language Comprehension, Current Affairs Awareness, Numerical Aptitude, Current Affairs, General Knowledge and Verbal /Comprehension Sections

UPESEAT 2018 Result

Candidates are required to download the UPESEAT 2018 Result which shall be made available on the official website of UPES www.upes.ac.in from 1^st week of June 2018.

UPESEAT 2018 Counselling

The counseling for admission into University of Petroleum & Energy Studies shall be conducted by the UPES with a reservation of 80% of the total seats for the candidates qualifying UPESEAT 2018 and remaining 20% for the candidates qualifying JEE Main 2018.
Candidates are required to attend the UPESEAT 2018 counseling process in person along with all the original certificates and their photocopies for verification.
