Unit vector along 3i +4k
= (3i +4k)/ 5
Now magnitude of vector the component of vector 2i +3j+ k in the direction of 3i +4k
Take dot product
= (2i +3j +k).(3i +4k)/5
= (6 +0 +4)/5
= 10/5
= 2
