kindly recheck your question . 
the maximum covalency of boron is 4 , so, it can form all of the given compounds in option . 
that is , 
1- BH^4- 
2- BO2 ^- 
3- B (OH) ^4- 
so, it cannot form BF6 ^3- , that is not in your option , 
i think u forget to add the 4th option here ,
