Well, if you understand the concepts properly you won’t forget.
However, if you simply memorize stuff, then you will forget most things after about 3 weeks.
 
P.S Revise frequently so that you don’t forget.

If your concepts are crystal clear you won't forget it easily. But for things to be always at finger tips you have to revise it every couple of weeks. Otherwise you will forget things with time
