can anybody say me how can i remember formulas much accurately?

first try to understand how the formula has been derived.Then try to derive the formula on your own.Then if you are successful,write down the formulas in a copy and keep revising them from time to time.if you fail to derive the formula on your own,then try to understand it again and again,till you understand it completely.

1- maintain a separate notebook for formula . 
2- revise them periodically in 2 days per week . 
3- if possible for complicated formula , u can choose mnemonics . 
4- always understand how that formula came into exist ,. donot rott any physics formula
