Vector OP is given as
       OP =3i+3j
Now we can find it's magnitude as well as it's direction both
Magnitude =√3^2+√3^2
                   =3√2
Now in order to find the direction 
         Theeta=tan^-1(3/3)
                      =45°
Now when vector is rotated by 15° it's magnitude will remain unchanged 
While angle of vector will become 45+15=60°
So y component =
                         Y=OP sin60°
                            =3√2
                             =3.67
