As your score is of 50 marks in IIT JEE 2010, so with these marks your estimated rank would be some where in beyond 500.

According to the calculation chances are less that you can any of the IIT's .

At a score of 50 marks Its quite difficult to get into preparatory course and in this course you will get only those seats/branches which remain vacant last year and were reserved for SC/ST students...
