BSc. is Bachelor of Science is an undergraduate degree of three years duration which is universally offered across institutes.If you are really interested in science and want to do PhD and get into teaching profession in long run, you should go for BSc.
While
B.Tech  Bachelor of Technology  is a professional undergraduate engineering degree programme.
The course is designed to develop the technical skills of aspirants who wish the work in the core technology and development sector.
