i have got a rank of 5514 in jee 2009 what are the chances of getting a branch like textile ,biotech in iit delhi or a branch in new iits through second counselling.I have filled branches such that i would not be allotted any branch in iits through first counselling

Dear Harshit,

As per the last year cutoff goes you wont be getting any branch at IIT Delhi but you will be getting some core branch at the new IITs. You should be aware that JEE conducts only one counselling unlike the AIEEE. you should hev filled more options.
