First, determine the number of base-pairs in your 68 nm segment. (C'mon you have to do some of the work here) Then figure out how many A-T pairs and C-G pairs you have. Since an A-T bond has 2 hydrogen bonds and a C-G bond has 3 you can now calculate the number of hydrogen bonds present.

If you want to be more accurate, you also need to know what form the DNA is in: relaxed (straight), coiled, super-coiled as this substantially changes the number of bases per nm.
