Unpolarised light of intensity I is incident on polarizer. If the Axis of analyzer is at 60 degree with polarizer, what is the intensity of emerging light from analyzer?

I(final) = I(initial) cos² 60
I (final) = I *1/4
Hence
Intensity of emerging light will be I/4.
