just make the graph of |sinx| and |x/10|,
now analyse questions and you will find that there are 11 points of solution
in which 5 are in 1st quadrant, 5 are in 2nd quadrant and a point of origin
total it makes 11 points

Dear Student,
Assuming that x is in radians . at x = 10, RHS takes the value 1. Sinx x cannot go beyond 1. Between 0 and 10 we can see from their graph that there are 5 solutions.
