Dear Student,
Referring to the previous answer,
cos^2 p\geq 4cospsinp-4sinp
for 1st quadrant, take 30^{\circ}
L.H.S= 3/4
R.H.S=\sqrt{3} - 2
so the equation is satisfied.
For 2nd quadrant take 120^{\circ}
L.H.S= 1/4
R.H.S= -3\sqrt3
So the equation is satisfied.
Similarly, you can take 45^{\circ},60^{\circ},150^{\circ},etc. the equation will be satisfied.
