what is NOT , allhabad , is their any institute named the same , and if u have the options of ISM with mettalurgical , then u cannot even think about other instoitutions , beacuse ISM have quality teaching and a great placement records in mettalurgical industry .. 
but for that u need to qualify jee advanced as it accept advanced score . 
if u have done that , and want to persue mettalurgical engg then plzz donot even think to miss ISM , DHANBAD .
