USIT is much better than BVP in every aspect. Even MAIT is much better than BVP

MAIT

But USIT has only dual degree in ECE

No there not duel degree in USIT. U will have option after 4th year either to carry on with M.tech or leave the college with B. TEch degree, thatswhy thhey mention 4+2 years, duel degrees are of 5 years, just like in BITS, IIIT- Hyderabad and IITs.
ECE is more prefered branch than EEE, as in ECE both Electronics and Communication is covered whereas in EEE, more emphasis is on Electrical
