what is the correction constant 'b' in terms of molecular volume of a gas... in the equation i think it should be N.v' (ie the vol occupied by 1 mole of molecules) where N is the Avogadro number and v' is the volume of one molecule of the gas.... but in halliday resnick and krane..... this is given to be 0.5 N.v' how is this possible??
