Is the work done by isobaric process considered for heat supplied to the system. if yes, why?

 the adiabatic process, there is no heat added. So the work done by the gas on the surroundings decreases the internal energy and temperature of the gas. In the isochoric process, there is no work done. So the heat added to the gas increases the internal energy and temperature of the gas
