when pressure is constant then Work done is calculated by formula
W = P * dV

Dear friend ,you can easily see that the two triangles are symmetrical. 
Po--P2 is double of p3--Po
V2--V1 will also be double of V4--V3 
Finally theV4---V3 will be 5L 
The area of triangle 120 will give positive work = 1000 joule
The area of triangle 340 will give negative work of 250 joule 
So net work done will be 750 joule.
