A uniform metal road of length L and Mass M is roattaing with angular speed omega about axis passing through one of the ends and perpendicular to the rod.If the temperature increases by t celsius ,then the fractional change in angukar speed is (linear exapnsivity of rod is α ) 1)1/2 αt 2)2αt/1+2αt 3)2αt 4)(1+2αt) 5)(1/2αt )+1

Since no external torque is acting on the rod, its angular momentum about the axis of
rotation should remain constant.
Rotatory Motion
   ∴Iω = I1 ω1
Where ω1 is new angular speed and I1 is new moment of inertia of the rod.

Use this and you ill get answer as 2ωαt
