A cylinder of mass 1 kg is given heat of 20000J at atmospheric pressure. If initially temperature of cylinder is 200C, find
(b) work done by the cylinder.

Hello Student,

$\\W=P_{atm}\Delta V=P_{atm}V_o \gamma \Delta T \\=10^5*{1 \over 9*10^3}*9*10^{-5}*50=0.05J$
