x ml of 0.01 N HCl are required for titration against a mixture of NaOH and Na2CO3 using phenolphthalein as indicator, when the colour changes from pink to colourless, few drops of methyl orange were then added and the titration was continued. Additional 'Y' ml of 0.01 N HCl were required. Which of the following vaues of X and Y are possible ? A. X = 10,Y = 130 B. X = 148 ,Y =54 C. X = 36 ,Y =63 D. X = 420 ,Y =140 pls give detailed Ans. . .

2nd step : the rest half sodium carbonate

x should be more than y
both b and d are possible answers.
