Hi ! Asif ,
Equivalent conductance increases with dilution as the degree of ionisation increases with dilution there by  increasing the total number of ions in solution. solution which contains large number of ions compared to another solution of the same concentration at the same temperature has more conductance The no. of ions from an electrolytes depends on the degree of dissociation.
The specific conductivity decreses with dilution as the conductivity of a solution is directly proportional to the no. of ions present in the unit volume of a solution because current is carried forward by the ions.with dilution the no. of ions in unit volumes decreases so that conductivity also decreases.
Hope it’s helps,
All the best !
