See, by the Nearnst equation at 25oC, we have
 Ecell = Eocell  - 0.05916V/z*log(Aox/Ared)
As Cu2+ is reductant and its conc. is getting reduced by 100 times, so the log value will increase by the factor of 2. Also the value of z is 2.
Thus, the overall E will decrease by 59mV
