ask 1 question in one tag , else it will be difficult to explain that properly . 
synergic bonding happens in metal carbonyls . 
in metal carbonyls , the bond have both sigma and pi charecter , the sigma bond is formed , when the metal carbonyls , will donate the lone pair of electron to the vacant orbital of metal ion . 
and the pi bond will form when the metal will donate the electron to the vacant d orbital of metal carbonyls , 
so, they both will stregthen the bond , 
thatswhat is synergic bonding
