option 3 is correct because -cho group as a whole has a prefix of formyl but when -cho is included in parent chain and prefixed then it is oxo. D is wrong becaouse longest chain is not considered

Option 1 is correct  because numbering should start from COOH group and up to 3rd carbon and CHO group should be prefixes.
