Dear Chandan,
in your question you are asked to find lone pair of central atom . so you have to consider only lone pair of Xe which is central atom .
And we know that Xe has 8 electron in its outer shell so it uses 2 electron to form bond with oxygen and four electron to form band with florine now it has 2 electron left so it has 1 lone pair of electron..
