Dear Parth
Phenol and cyclohexanol These can be distinguished by ferric chloride test. Phenols react with ferric chloride to give a deep violet colour. Cyclohexanol does not give this test.

As we know that Bromine Water is the test of unsaturation so due to presence of double bond phenol will decolorise bromine water but due absense of double or tripple bond in Cyclohexanol it will not decolorize the bromine water.
Phenol will give deep violet colour with FeCl3.
Phenol is more acidic than cyclohexanol because phenoxide ion (C6H5O-) is resonance stablised while in case of (C6H11O-) it is not stablised.
