Dear Student,
The given compound in the problem is deuteriated.
On reaction with a strong base negative charge is generated on the ring and D+ is liberated. The negative charge will participate in resonance and hence that negativ charge will be delocalized on various carbons of the ring. The water molecule will protonate the negatively charged ring compound. Hence all the structures are correct.
