Hello Arvind!
I’m preparing for JEE 2019, and I’m glad to answer your question.
According to my experience, NCERT theory is NOT ENOUGH for JEE mains preparation, let alone the questions in NCERT.
Maybe for Chemistry, NCERT is sufficient, but when it comes to Physics & Maths, HC Verma & RD Sharma is must for building your concepts. Solving previous years questions is very helpful. And all in one, Chemistry is a good book for practice. You can also use J.D. Lee for inorganic and Arihants organic chemistry textbooks. I suggest, a little theory and quite a good amount of practice is enough for Physical, but you need to build your concepts in Organic and Inorganic section.
