It`s Br |Cl --C--H | CH3Apparently it`s S but as lowest priority is in horizontal it`ll be R . Put your eyes in middle on the bonds not lying in the plane and accordingly put them on left and right in Fischer . The bonds in the plane of paper will make top and bottom
