Structural isomerism is nothing but the shift in the position of alkyl groups that change the name of the compound...it is not the change in position of functional group

stuctural isomerism arises b/w two compounds when they differ in the structural arrangement of atoms. in organic it is divided into:
chain
position
functional
meta
however in inorganic chemistry we have other classifications
