how do i start the revision for organic chemistry chemistry?

The best way to start is start according to the syllubus given in IITJEE syllabus.First complete all the named reactions, then go chapterwise.Even though you get the named reactions again study them again.Then study reactions of benzene and phenols, give this topic a good amount of time.
