thermal conductivityis thepropertyof a material toconduct heat. It is evaluated primarily in terms ofFourier'sLawforheat conduction.
H = dQ/dt = kA(T2-T1)/ L
where, k is thermal conductivity,
depends on cross sectional area, lenght of rod & temperature difference across rod.
