In photo electic effect we
assume the photon energy
is proportional to its freq.
And is completely absorbed
by the electrons in the
metal. V > Vo then the photoelectric current
1. Decreases when freq. Of
phton Increses
2. Increases when freq. Of
photon increses
3. Does not depend on freq
but only on the intensity incident beam
4. Depend on both intensity
and freq.
Give me correct answer and
method

The photoelectric current will depend on the intensity as the greater the intensity, the more photons there are. This means there will be more electrons emitted which will increase the current (because current is the flow of charge).
So, option 3 is correct.
