Dear Hari,

At point A, sin30o/sinr = 1/1.44

 => r = sin–1 (0.72) also ? BAD = 180o – ?r

In rectange ABCD, ?A + ?B + ?C + ?D = 360o

=> (180o – r) + 60o + (180o – r) + q = 360o

=> q = 2 [sin–1 (0.72) – 30o]

Best Of luck
