Force on one spring in initial condition = k.x = 15N.
Force on spring when a spring is cut = k.2x = 30N.   elongation will be doubled..
Change in force by one spring = 15N , this will give tme mass acceleration.
a=F/m = 15/3  = 5m/s2

Given,Pulley and strings are ideal so,mass of pulley=0From FBD of mass, Mg-T=Ma. From FBD of movable pulley, 2T-T=(0)a. (Since mass of pulley is zero)T=0. So,Mg-(0)=Ma. a=g
