Answer is 2×3^0.5..  dx/dt =^{\sqrt{3}}...and dy/dx =\tan \Theta =^{\sqrt{3}}.. so dy/dt= (dy/dx)×(dx/dt) =3..so velocity of B is ^{\sqrt{3}} in x-direction and -3 in y- direction. So resultant is ^{\sqrt{12}}..
