Basically for equation of trajectory we write 2 eqn for x and y direction which includes time and then we eliminate time from both equation and we get trajectory equation.
 
x=(Vx)×t=3t........(1)
dy/dt=6t
dy=6tdt 
Integrate both sides
y=6(t²/2)=3t²......(2)
 
t=x/3 from equation 1
Put it in 2nd equation
y=3(x/3)²=x²/3
