use law of sines
P/sin\alpha  = Q/sin\beta   = R/sin\Theta
\alpha = 30o
\beta  = 45o
\Theta = \alpha + \beta = 75o
P/sin30  = Q/sin45   = 15/sin75
so P = 7.73
Q = 10.93
