as velocity is along x axis .and partilcle initailly is at y axis. after 5 sec its position will be 15m along x axis and 8m along y axis so resultant r is 289 m b/w x and y and velocity (perp)=24m/s as w=v(perpendicular)/r ans is 24/289rad/s
