To configure, initial velocity should be there. I mean whether n is less than 1 or not depend on initial speed .
Explanation is as follows.
by symmetry we can say that Ta and T b would be equal. and each of them would be u sin@/g . Where u is initial velocity. The product of Ta and Tb would be square of that. Now we know sin@ is always less that 1. so to be whole quantity less that 1, u should atleast be equal to g. Finally TaTb to be less than 1 initial velocity should atleast be equal to g means 9.8 m/s.
