The total energy of a uni electron system is given by:.            E= - 13.6 *(z^2/n^2),where z= atomic number of the element,n=principal quantam number of the electron
 Therefore when n=1,z=2 as in above case of He+ the total energy of the system is -54.4.
Similarly you can find the other two.
The negative sign indicates that the specific amount of energy is required to eject electron from specific state
