Observe, L is bidentate . On drawing structure cis will be optically active. Its mirror image is non superimposable. Also,Any coordination ligand of type M(AA)2C2 has 2  GI(Geometrical Isomers) from cis structure.
                                                                   AA is a bidentate molecule.
