sir . i appeared for iit jee 2012 for the first time but i appeared for my 12th board in 2011,in 2012 i didn`t qualify the jee.Now i want to appear jee 2013 by reappearing in 12 board ,am i eligible to do so ? as mentioned in information brouture that exam of qualifying year is considered for jee,so dosen`t this become my first attempt ? if not/if yes,why?
