P = a3 b2 / \sqrtcd
dP/ P = 3 da/a + 2 db/b + 1/2 dc/c +1/2 dd/d
When taking percentage
= 3*1 + 2*4 + 1/2 *2 + 1/2* 2
= 3 +8 + 1 +1
= 13%
