Dear student,

They take admission through SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test).
Also there are other requirements which you can read on the official MIT website
Scholarship will be given after first year, on the basis of their performance in first year

MIT takes student on the besis of jee advanced ranks and also with the SAT score . 
so, either u need to score AIR 1- 15 to get admission in MIT otherwise , u have to qualify sat . 
the fees are varying acc to your scholarship plan , and also acc to the ranks and the score that u got in the SAT exam , but the fees are quite more still to afford . 
if u can then check the details at the MIT university website . 
the keen intrest in research will help u to go their .
